FAQ
Questions people ask before booking a call.
Short, direct answers. If yours isn't here, ask us — we'll get back within a day.
Both. Most of our engagements involve some mix of the two — a web/app build with an AI feature inside it, or an automation that needs a small piece of custom software to work. We don't force an AI angle where it isn't useful.
Audits typically start within a week of booking a call. Builds depend on scope — we'll give you a specific timeline as part of the proposal, before you commit.
No. Most of our clients don't have one, which is why they come to us. We can build the whole thing, or work alongside an existing team if you have one.
That's fine. The audit is a standalone engagement — you keep the report and findings either way, and you're never obligated to move forward with a build.
Both. Early-stage teams tend to start with an MVP build or a single automation; established businesses tend to start with a cost audit. We'll recommend the right starting point for where you are.
We review your current tools, subscriptions, API usage, and manual workflows to find where you're overpaying — either for software you don't need, or for people-hours doing work AI could reliably do. You get specific, ranked recommendations, not generic advice.
